Swarnamala Jewellers: A Journey of Trust and Togetherness
It all began on a bright and memorable day—24th May 2004—when the Dhankawadi community witnessed the grand opening of Swarnamala Jewellers. What started as a small dream turned into a big celebration, with over 1,000 first-time buyers walking through our doors, showing their love and support. Many of those first customers are still with us today, a beautiful testament to the trust we’ve built over the years.
One of the shining stars of our journey has been Poonam Pandit, who joined us on 1st June 2013. With no prior experience in the jewellery industry, she began with a curious mind and an open heart. Over time, her hard work and dedication paid off—not just professionally, but personally as well. Today, she owns a beautiful home, a new vehicle, and lives a life of comfort she once only dreamed of. Our customers adore her so much that many ask for her by name the moment they enter. Poonam’s journey is an inspiration to all—proof that with the right mindset, anything is possible.
Another cherished team member, Sanjay Kadam, became part of our family on 5th January 2013. Hailing from a small village near Khadakwasla, Sanjay too began his journey with no background in jewellery. But with guidance from our founder, Mr. Ramesh Verma, and a strong desire to learn, Sanjay quickly grew into a customer favourite. So much so, that people from his village now choose Swarnamala Jewellers simply because they trust Sanjay. His story reflects the warmth and personal connection we strive to build with every customer.
As our family grew, so did our space. On the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa, 6th April 2019, we expanded from a cozy 250 sq. ft. shop into a grand 1,500 sq. ft. showroom. That day, over 10,000 well-wishers who know and admire Mr. Ramesh Verma came together to celebrate this milestone with us—marking a new chapter in our beautiful journey.
